By accessing or using Ryvoke (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Ryvoke is a fitness application that enables users to create groups, participate in fitness challenges, and track health metrics including steps, active minutes, calories, and sleep. The App connects to third-party health platforms to sync fitness data.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Ryvoke
• One person may only maintain one account

4. Acceptable Use

When using Ryvoke, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading health data
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Groups and Challenges

• Group owners are responsible for managing their group membership
• Challenges are for recreational and motivational purposes only
• Ryvoke does not verify the accuracy of health data submitted by users
• Participation in challenges is voluntary

6. Health Disclaimer

Ryvoke is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The fitness data displayed in the App is for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ryvoke name, logo, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Ryvoke. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ryvoke is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
